Technology research and advisory firm ISG has launched OneSource, an AI-enabled provider intelligence platform, giving access to the firm's advisors, market analysis, proprietary research and AI-enabled intelligence in one connected experience.
ISG (Information Services Group) was founded in 2006-7 by former Nielsen / VNU man Michael P. Connors, and provides services including digital transformation and other change management, sourcing advisory, strategy and operations design, market intelligence, technology research and analysis. The firm says the new platform, which will be available to its subscribers 'in the coming weeks', draws on its knowledge of how providers compete, how buyers evaluate them and how provider teams use market insight in their daily work. The platform is powered by the AI-enabled AskISG capability, which combines natural language access with preconfigured prompts custom-designed for provider workflows.
ISG OneSource gives users access to nearly 9,000 research documents from its Provider Lens and Software Research series, covering 4,700 providers - around 25 new reports are added each week. In addition, users can tap real-world insight from 'thousands' of client engagements led by ISG advisors and analysts - the firm says subscribers can move 'seamlessly' from one to the other, where they require deeper conversations with ISG experts,
Preconfigured prompts are built around ISG's understanding of provider workflows and reflect the recurring decisions provider teams face, including 'where to compete, how to differentiate and how to strengthen a pursuit.' The prompts organize and apply relevant research across provider strategy, marketing, sales, analyst and advisor relations, competitive intelligence, product planning and growth initiatives.
John Boccuzzi, Jr. (pictured), President of ISG Research comments: 'ISG OneSource puts the full power of our research, AI-enabled intelligence and expert perspective to work in one connected experience. ISG has the industry's broadest and deepest portfolio of authoritative software and services market reports, informed by our work with enterprise clients. This combination of proprietary research, advisor-informed market perspective and provider-specific workflows helps users apply trusted insights directly into their workflow to make growth decisions with greater confidence.'
The company employs some 1,500 professionals worldwide and is online at www.isg-one.com .
