L&E Research Strengthens Account Management

In the US, L&E Research has appointed former focus group facility director Londyn Carter as National Account Manager, with a focus on legal research.

L&E was established just over forty years ago and helps companies in industries including healthcare, consumer goods, legal and biotech to understand their customers.

Carter brings more than a decade of experience in MR, most of it for Schlesinger Group / Sago, and most recently running a New York focus group facility for Fieldwork. In his new role he will focus on legal research, while working with clients across methodologies.

'Londyn came highly recommended, and one conversation told me why,' comments CEO Brett Watkins. 'He understands that this work is about helping the client solve their research problem, and the relationships that have followed him prove it. I expect we will learn as much from Londyn as he will from us.'
