ZoomInfo Buy Boosts Exec Tracking and Customer Analysis

October 5 2026

Company information specialist ZoomInfo has acquired DoubleO.ai, an agentic orchestration platform whose technology will enhance the buyer's GTM intelligence tools.

Henry SchuckZoomInfo holds firmographic, technographic, contact and intent data on more than 100 million businesspeople worldwide, has been established for around twenty years and was acquired in 2019 by DiscoverOrg. Users of its AI-powered Copilot solution can integrate its intelligence with their own first party CRM data, to provide insights for use by salespeople. DoubleO.ai's technology is used to track and engage champions who change jobs; turn closed-won deals into new pipeline by finding lookalikes; and automate customer engagement.

The combined company will offer improved tracking of product and service champions, when they change companies - agents automatically check whether the new company is a customer or an ICP fit, and map the buying committee. It will also boast improved analysis of why a customer bought, across the full sales cycle; draft a case study and reach out to ten competitors that aren't yet customers.

ZoomInfo founder and CEO Henry Schuck (pictured) states: 'Every revenue leader has seen an AI agent demo. Almost none have seen it actually run a real GTM motion end-to-end. DoubleO.ai built the orchestration layer that lets agents actually take a GTM motion end to end. ZoomInfo has spent years building the GTM Context Graph that agents need. Bringing GTM context together with domain specific agents means revenue teams can run complete plays with AI.'

Derek Osgood, CEO and co-founder of DoubleO.ai, says that while building the company, 'The one thing I desperately wanted was ZoomInfo's Context Graph.'
