Research tech firm Cursory Technologies has announced the transformation of its Brisk platform, from a survey automation solution into a broader ' ecosystem,' designed to support research teams through DIY, DIFM (Do It For Me), and expert-led end-to-end services.
The new Brisk brings together the research workflow, from sample and questionnaire design to tabulation, visualization and reporting, on a single platform, giving clients flexibility to decide how much of the research process they want to manage themselves. Capabilities include a Sample Marketplace supporting B2B, B2C and healthcare research across markets, using Brisk's own panel supply or other panel providers; a Questionnaire Designer and collaboration tool; a choice between AI-led automation and human-led survey programming; automated data quality checks, tabulation and charting - plus conversational interaction with data / insights; and a free trial of a Social Intelligence capability, featuring real-time monitoring, sentiment analysis, trend and theme detection, brand and competitor intelligence, and crisis and reputation monitoring.
The firm says eligible research projects can now be turned round in as little as 24 hours, with or without sample.
Founder & CEO Vinay Raj Rao states, 'We are changing what a research technology platform can be. Brisk started with a simple objective - automate the most time-consuming parts of research execution. We have now expanded that vision significantly. Today, Brisk can support the journey from sample and questionnaire design all the way through survey execution, data quality, tabulation, insights and reporting. More importantly, clients don't have to change the way they work. They can choose DIY, DIFM or have our experts manage the entire workflow.'
