Senior Commercial and Ops Appointments for On Device

London-based brand lift measurement specialist On Device has appointed a COO, Meg Fisher, and promoted Sami Smith to Commercial Director.

On Device helps advertisers, agencies and ad tech companies track and understand campaign performance, assisted by proprietary technology. Earlier this year the firm appointed Josh Rucker as VP of US Sales, supporting ongoing expansion in the region.

Fisher (pictured above) began her career as a research scientist, working across data, statistics and experimentation, and has spent the past decade working with venture capital and private equity-backed businesses, helping to build the operational foundations needed to scale. For the past seven years, this has been in London-based COO roles, first at IT services and consulting firm Agilisys, then at advisory firm Xynteo and latterly at water industry transformation specialist Isle Utilities. Earlier in her career she served as an MD at Claranet and Allied Worldwide, and she has also run her own consulting firm for five years.

In her new role, she will work closely with On Device's founders and leadership team to support the continued scaling of the business

Smith (pictured below) has worked at the company for eight years, most recently as Head of Account Management, and before joining spent more than two years in Account Exec and Manager roles at Moody's subsidiary Bureau van Dijk.
