New York-based Qualitate, which offers a 'continuous intelligence system for primary research', has announced a $25 million Series A funding round.
Qualitate captures and structures insights from B2B buyers and industry experts to provide 'fresh primary evidence' for enterprises and investment firms looking for a deeper understanding of markets, customers and competitors. An AI Interviewer conducts 'thousands' of proactive expert conversations each month, continuously learning and improving interviews to develop what the firm says are 'increasingly nuanced, context-rich discussions', and building a knowledge base covering tens of thousands of companies and end markets.
The library can be queried through existing AI tools including Claude and Codex, via MCP, or via the firm's own agentic research application; and users can launch private custom studies using the same interviewer and receive synthesized findings in 'days.' They can also combine human-moderated research with the AI findings in one system.
Founder and CEO Sagar Kadakia (pictured) comments: 'Every business decision should be grounded in primary data, not just the handful that justify a costly consulting engagement. Most AI tools analyze information that already exists. Qualitate goes further - continuously gathering fresh evidence from the right people and getting smarter with every conversation.'
The round was led by Insight Partners, with participation from existing investors IA Ventures and Crew Capital. The firm is online at www.qualitate.io .
