Voxco Launches Command Center Software

September 7 2005

Montreal-based data collection and analysis software provider Voxco is launching a new MR software package, with previews at the ESOMAR Congress in Cannes later this month, followed by displays at MR conferences in Boston, Toronto, Warsaw, London and Paris.

The new Voxco Command Center provides an integrated platform, bringing together the company's existing software solutions, and making it easier to run multi-mode projects. For example, it provides access to the company's PRONTO Predictive Dialer, which predicts when interviewers will become available, recognises no replies and busy lines, and stores the results in a database. The new tool also uses the complementary 'Interviewer' technology, which provides a range of multi-mode survey software. Clients use the same tools to construct and test a questionnaire, which can then be used via the phone or the web, and in a variety of languages. The software also provides reports of survey results.

Sessions at the following conferences will allow potential clients to try the new product and speak to Voxco staff:

As well as its Montreal headquarters, Voxco has branches in France, the UK and Germany. Its web site is at www.voxco.com.
