US / Indian Partnership Offers Improved MR Outsourcing

Indian MR outsourcing firm Ugam Solutions has announced an exclusive partnership with Pennsylvania, USA-based MRoperations, Inc. to provide the industry with integrated operations and project management services.

The partnership will create a combination of on-shore and off-shore resources which it says will improve communications and service and minimise the impact of cultural and time zone differences.

Ugam's CEO Sunil Mirani says the addition of MRoperations' 'immense experience' will enable the partners 'to solve clients' most complex operations problems, and allow them to focus on their core competencies.' Ian Kiernan, founder of MRoperations, believes the deal will bring clients access to 'unrivalled off-shore production capacity and price advantages' while continuing to provide high quality on-shore operations expertise via a senior team in North America.

Ugam has over 800 employees in Mumbai, San Francisco and Chicago, and offers data management, analytics and IT services to the MR industry. MRoperations is based in Doylestown, PA and offers sample procurement, online and offline data collection, DP, multi-country project management and custom reporting solutions.
