Retargeting Analytics Upgraded

In the US, FetchBack Inc., which specialises in analytics for online ad retargeting, has launched FIDO 2.0, a new generation of its technology platform, giving clients full access to their campaign reports and snapshots, and the ability to manage and update their campaigns.

FetchBack says 98% of site visitors 'fail to convert' on advertiser or retailer web sites, and whereas around 20% of them will return later on their own and 'convert', the firm claims to raise the figure in some cases to almost 50%, with services including actionable analytics and keyword targeted dynamic ads.

President and CEO Chad Little comments: 'In the past two years we have discovered multiple ways to make retargeting more effective, relevant, and targeted and as a result the number of campaigns flowing through FetchBack is up dramatically It was necessary for us to re-invest into our technology and make sure our customers were able to easily get into the system, review their analytics, and get a 360 degree view of their retargeting campaign.'
