In the UK, employee and stakeholder engagement specialist Engage Group has appointed former Bupa strategist Nick Crawford as Senior Practice Head, in charge of its Collaboration and Social Workplace practice.

London-based Engage specialises in helping drive organisational performance ‘from the inside out’ through effective engagement. The firm employs an in-house team of 40 staff, with specialisms including research, analytics, HR, communications, branding, digital and creative.

Crawford (pictured) joins with fifteen years’ experience in digital media and marketing. For the past three years he served as Social Business Strategist at Bupa, where he delivered and managed a global online social business platform for 50,000 staff. Prior to that, he was Communications Manager at City & Guilds and Internal Communications Manager at Centrica.

His experience includes social business strategy, employee/stakeholder engagement, research management, change communications and branding.
