UK-based Research Runner - the MR support agency set up by former Opinion Health sales specialist Julian Haste - has appointed Charlotte Watkins as Business Development Manager.

Research Runner was launched last January to offer business development consultancy services for market research firms. The company also helps with sourcing quotes for qual and quant projects, assisting on all methodologies for fieldwork including recruitment for focus groups and panels, and building online communities and panels.

Watkins joins with a customer relations background in the retail industry. She previously worked at WH Smith in a customer-facing sales role, and held various sales positions in the retail sector. She has a BSc in Sociology and Criminology from University of Surrey.
