Influx Consulting Group

Influx Strategic Consulting, a division of marcoms agency Butler, Shine, Stern & Partners, has expanded the business innovation side of its consulting practice with the appointment of former Best Buy Director of Consumer Insight, Kristi Burrows.

Since its launch in 2002, US-based Influx Strategic Consulting has worked with a range of clients providing services such as brand positioning development, target segmentation, research and market sizing.

Burrows joins after nine years at global retailer Best Buy, where she focused on innovation, marketing, customer research and strategy development. Prior to this, she was an Account Manager at Carmichael Lynch and worked in account services at Gage Marketing.

In her new role, Burrows, who joins Influx as Director of Business Strategy, will spearhead the strategic consulting group's work with brands to identify opportunities for change.
