Infotools - which provides data visualisation services for marketers and researchers - has relocated Heather Griffiths from its London operation to the role of Group Client Director in its New Zealand office, where it has also promoted Patricio Pagani to Director for Global Clients.
Auckland-based Infotools (Information Tools Limited) was launched in 1990, and now has around 140 employees.
Before joining the company in London last August as European Client Service Director, Griffiths (pictured) served as a Partner at Hall & Partners, prior to which she worked for Coca-Cola South Pacific as Group Insights Director, as a Director at Added Value, and as Consumer Insights Director at PepsiCo Australia.
Infotools’ Director Anthony Franklin says: ‘We’re thrilled that Heather agreed to join our office in New Zealand. Her international experience, along with her passion for the industry and commitment to client satisfaction, make her perfectly placed to succeed in her new role.’
Pagani joined in 2003 as Insights Manager, overseeing the relationship between Infotools and its client Coca-Cola. He worked previously as an Assistant Professor at the University of Buenos Aires, prior to which he spent three years at Coca-Cola Argentina as Insights Manager - South Latin America Division.
In addition, Pagani is currently President of the New Zealand Market Research Society, and ESOMAR’s regional representative.
Ron Stroeven, Director and co-founder of Infotools, comments: ‘Patricio has a reputation for being committed and focused, making him a real asset to the business. We believe Infotools will continue to benefit significantly from his trailblazing approach.’
