Rochester, New York-based pharma and healthcare researcher KJT Group has added the role of Chief Financial Officer to the remit of Research Director Michaela Gascon, and the title of Chief of Staff to the responsibilities of VP of Research Lynn Clement.

KJT Group was established in 2007 and employs more than 30 full-time staff in New York, Philadelphia, Texas and South Carolina.

Gascon joined the company as Research Associate in 2007, since when she has held a variety of roles, including Manager of Operations. Earlier in her career, she served as Senior Research Assistant at Harris Interactive.

She will now oversee KJT’s financial analysis and reporting functions, while continuing to serve as Research Director, leading a healthcare market research team and a portfolio of medical product, healthcare services and pharmaceutical clients.

Clement joined the company five years ago from Harris Interactive, where she served as Senior Research Manager for four years. She worked previously for Thompson Health as a Project Coordinator. As Chief of Staff, she will lead KJT’s strategic planning, evaluation and professional development initiatives.
