Carrie BourkeUS-based cloud marketing analytics firm Clario Analytics has appointed Carrie Bourke as Vice President of Client Operations, to support its multi-channel retail clients.

Clario Analytics develops solutions which uncover insight into customer behavior. The systems convert raw customer data into intelligence, to enable marketers to create more personalized programs.

Prior to joining, Bourke (pictured) spent nine years at retail giant Staples.com, latterly as Director of Circulation and Customer Analytics, managing a team of 22 managers and analysts charged with driving personalization for the company, and integrating off and online data for targeting purposes. Prior to this, she held senior roles with companies such as American Airlines, L.L. Bean, and Verizon.

In her new role, Bourke reports to CEO Matt Redlon, who comments: ‘Carrie has a proven track record managing operational teams for the retail industry. We’ll be tapping her industry expertise to enhance both the operational delivery and the strategic impact of our solutions to our rapidly growing client base.’
