In the US, full service agency Market Strategies International (MSI) has appointed former comScore VP Gregory Mishkin as Vice President of Research and Consulting, working across all company divisions and serving as its expert for the wireless communications industry.
Founded in 1989, MSI offers a range of research specialities including brand, communications, customer experience, product development, segmentation, and user experience. In July, the firm
launched a qualitative insights boutique, to integrate quant research methods with other information sources, such as social media data and biometrics.
Mishkin (pictured) joins from comScore, where he served as VP, Telecom & Wireless, responsible for building big data market research solutions for telecoms clients, and working on initiatives such as multi-screen measurement. Prior to this, he worked for AT&T as Lead Manager of Marketing Intelligence Services, and in senior roles for technology brands EdgeTeck and Entuition. He currently has five patents pending relating to data-focused market research methodologies.
In his new role, Mishkin reports to Paul Donagher, SVP of Communications.
