UK-based rdsi has announced 2 appointments, a promotion and a move.

Matt Higgs is promoted to Senior Research Exec in the firm's Leeds office. He joined at the beginning of 2011 after completing a PhD in Human Geography at the University of Leeds. During his time at university he spent a year with a Leeds-based youth marketing and research agency, working mostly in leisure and retail.

Ben Kelsey moves from Leeds to London. He has just over two years' experience from MR roles in London, Leeds and Sydney, and graduated from Liverpool University with a BSc in Psychology. Andy Fraser joins the Leeds office as an RE after spending a placement year with the company in 2010 - in between he completed a degree in Business studies at Leeds Metropolitan University.

Danny Watts joins the Leeds team as a Research Assistant, also on a placement year, after which he will continue with his degree in Business Economics at Sheffield Hallam University.
