London-based mobile survey specialist On Device Research has appointed Meb Gafur as Operations Director, Clare McHatton as Business Development Director, and Alexandra Travlos as a Client Service Analyst.

On Device Research was founded in 2009 by former M:Metrics execs Alistair Hill and Tim Cleminson. Through its proprietary technology, the company delivers targeted data from profiled global respondents.

Gafur joins with fifteen years' industry experience to manage the Operations team. He previously worked at Mesh Planning as Operations & Innovations Director, prior to which, he spent six years at Research Now, where he latterly worked as Senior Manager, Custom Solutions in charge of a team of eight software developers who build research applications. He began his career at NOP World.

McHatton most recently worked for Survey Sampling International (SSI) as Business Development Director, before which, she was Director Client Services at Verve, and AD at Research Now.

Travlos previously worked for three years at market research agency Proteus, where she carried out project and fieldwork management.
