Toby PillingIn Canada, research firm Hotspex has appointed Grey advertising veteran Toby Pilling as Head of Technology.

Toronto-headquartered Hotspex delivers research-based strategic recommendations throughout the brand cycle, and offers consumer panels with access to more than four million households across over 40 countries. The firm employs 94 staff in Toronto, New York, Boston, London and Geneva.

Pilling (pictured) joins from WPP-owned ad network Grey Canada, where he spent the past fourteen years, latterly serving as Senior Architect and Director of Development, leading digital teams, supporting developers, and helping develop and maintain design production and process standards across the company.
