London-based full service agency IFF Research has appointed Erica Garnett as Research Manager, while promoting several members of the team to new roles.

IFF specialises in researching business, marketing and public policy issues in the UK and international markets for public, private and third sector clients.

Garnett (pictured) joins from TNS BMRB, where she served as Research Manager and gained social research experience working for central government, local authorities and the third sector.

Separately, IFF has promoted Senior Research Manager Katie Gore to the role of Associate Director, while Catherine Riley, Charlie Taylor and Lydia Fellows have all been promoted to Senior Research Manager, and Alice Large and Gillian Stewart have been promoted to Research Manager.
