Gwen RadschIn the US, youth and family research specialist Smarty Pants has appointed Gwen Radsch as 'Insights Genius', leading both custom and syndicated initiatives for the firm's Quantitative Research division.

Smarty Pants, which is headquartered in Johnson City, TN and has additional offices in New York, Boston, San Diego, Chicago and Myrtle Beach, conducts market research with kids, tweens, teens and influencers and guides marketers on brand positioning, new product development and consumer lifestyles and trends.

Radsch (pictured) joins with a 15 year research background. Most recently, she worked at Ypulse, where she served as Research Director, working with media, apparel, and CPG clients. Prior to this, she was Research Director at Alloy Media + Marketing, Research and Marketing Manager at Dennis Publishing, Research Manager at Harris Interactive, and SRA at NOP World (now GfK).
