Eric DeMontUS shopper marketing agency MARS Advertising has appointed Eric DeMont as Senior Vice President of Analytics in its Planning division.

Founded in 1972, MARS Advertising and its affiliated companies have more than 500 employees in eleven offices throughout North America and in the UK. The MARS Planning team, led by Fern Grant, is comprised of strategic, engagement, digital, multicultural, and research specialists.

DeMont (pictured) joins with nearly two decades of experience. Most recently, he led the Digital Analytics teams at Team Detroit and MRM, where he was responsible for optimizing site, mobile and social performance through deep dive analyses, multivariate tests, and by targeting consumer experiences. Earlier, DeMont led marketing teams at Accenture and Valassis.
