Brand innovation specialist Netfluential has appointed former Brainjuicer exec Agnieszka Hoffmann as Research Manager and anthropologist Chih-yuan Wang as Senior Research Executive.
Netfluential was
formed last year as a spin-off of online qual agency nqual, and offers a
portfolio of research tools to help clients gather online feedback from their customers.
Hoffmann joins from Brainjuicer, where she served as a Research Consultant for the past two years. Prior to this, she was a Senior Account Executive with SPA Future Thinking, and an Account Executive at Hall & Partners. To date, she has worked with international clients on a variety of issues across product, brand and comms testing and tracking, as well as customer satisfaction studies.
LSE-trained Wang also joins from Brainjuicer, where he served as a freelance Chinese-specialist moderator for the past year, prior to which, he worked at BAMM as a freelance ethnographer. He has extensive experience in using online communities, groups, depths, and social media research.
