US-based full service agency Burke, Inc. has hired former CFI Group exec Xavier Quenaudon as Vice President, Senior Account Executive in its Client Services team.

Burke, which is 100% employee owned, is headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio and is also known for its MR training and education arm the Burke Institute.

Quenaudon (pictured) joins from Ipsos/Synovate, where he served as SVP - Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty Research. Prior to this, he spent seventeen years at customer satisfaction specialist CFI Group in a number of roles based in Ann Arbor, Michigan; Paris, France; and London, UK. Latterly, he served as Partner, VP Client Services, in charge of the Public Sector practice - which included a team of more than 20 consultants - as well as the company’s UK office. During his time with the firm, he also led customer satisfaction programs across more than 25 countries. He began his career with Exxon France.

In his new role, Quenaudon will be based in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
