Natalie OgandoFull service agency 20|20 Research has promoted Natalie Ogando to the position of Director of the company's Miami focus group facility.

Founded in 1996, Tennessee-based 20|20 Research works with both private and public organisations, across different business sectors, and provides a range of research services from full service programmes to consultancy inputs and field and data services.

Located in the Doral area of Miami, the facility offers four focus group and viewing rooms, with one room large enough for mock trials, large groups, classroom settings or oversized product displays.

Ogando (pictured) joined the firm six years ago from McDonald's Corporation, where she was a marketing representative for six McDonald restaurants in the Miami area, and responsible for all of the brand's advertising and marketing.

In her new role, she will oversee all operations for the Miami facility, while managing recruitment for a sister facility.

CEO and founder Jim Bryson comments: ‘Natalie has been a natural leader for our Miami team ever since she joined us in 2006 when the Miami research facility opened. She intuitively understands the qualitative research process and has helped us build an experienced team that delivers the level of support needed by clients to effectively research and develop their products or services.
