Chicago-based MR firm Lab42 has appointed Robert Maihofe as Director of Research Innovation, and Kyle Graham as Director of Sales.

Founded in 2010 by Jon Pirc and Laura Rokita, Lab42 obtains consumer insight by conducting online surveys within social networking sites.

Maihofer joins with fourteen years of quantitative and qualitative market research experience. Most recently, he served as Market Research Manager at home building industry testing and consulting company Home Innovation Labs, prior to which, he was an independent contractor at Strategic Research Partners and at Rocco James and Associates. Before this, he held senior roles at Cole Taylor Bank, Follett Software, and Wirthlin Worldwide.

In his new role, Maihofer will expand the current capabilities of the research team and serve as the resident expert on custom reports and the lead on custom analysis.

Graham has spent his career in business development with various organizations including more than a decade in the market research industry. Most recently, he served as Senior Director, Client Development at Research Now, prior to which, he was Sales Director at MMI Internetworking, and Account Manager at TEKsystems.
