Jessica NicholsNew York-based product and packaging design and innovation firm 4sight has appointed Jessica Nichols for its newly created position of Insights Manager, responsible for managing consumer research for all the firm’s client projects.

Nichols (pictured) joins from Millward Brown’s qual arm, Firefly, where she worked for the past three years and latterly served as Project Manager. Before this, she served as Client Services Supervisor at 20|20 Research.

In her new role, Nichols is tasked with identifying key consumer insights and translating them into design strategies. In addition, she will help further build 4sight’s proprietary research tools including N-Gage, Form Fusion, and the recently launched Sensory Lab, while also exploring alternative methods of gathering consumer insights.
