North of England-based DJS Research has promoted Charlotte Hamilton to the position of Associate Director, while appointing Christian Easdown as Research Executive.
Full service agency DJS Research was founded in 2001 by Danny Sims, and now employs 44 permanent staff.
Hamilton joined the company last year as Research Manager, having previously worked in the research divisions of Aegis Media agencies aevolve, and Feather Brooksbank (now Carat). Earlier, she was a Planner/Buyer at Manning Gottlieb OMD.

Gill Redfern comments: ‘Charlotte has worked incredibly hard over the last eighteen months since joining DJS, and has been instrumental in the success of some of our most challenging projects. It is testament to the commitment, loyalty and determination that Charlotte has shown since joining DJS that she has secured this promotion, and I am sure everyone at DJS will join me in congratulating her.’
Most recently, Easdown worked at travel retail researcher Paxsmart, prior to which, he was a Research Consultant at London-based MSB Consultancy. His background includes managing customer satisfaction and insight projects for clients across the tourism and healthcare industries.
