
In the US, market research and marketing strategy specialist HawkPartners has appointed former IMS Health veteran Margie Sherr as a Partner in its Philadelphia office, to focus on helping healthcare clients research, develop, and implement marketing strategies.
HawkPartners draws data from multiple sources including customers, competitors, employees, and other stakeholders, in order to help clients develop, implement and measure the impact of their marketing strategies.
Sherr (pictured) joins from pharma industry specialist Double Helix Development, where she served as SVP for the past four years. Prior to this, she worked at healthcare marketing research company Otlitzky Whittle, and she spent fourteen years at IMS Health, where she latterly served as Director, Market Research. During her career, she has conducted extensive research with physicians, managed care decision makers, and patients/consumers, and she has developed particular specialization in areas such as segmentation, choice modeling, market opportunity evaluation, new product forecasting, and pricing studies.
