Victoria Strutt, Rafe Hyatt and Natalie BeecroftEmployee and customer engagement solutions provider Grass Roots has appointed Victoria Strutt and Chris Lewis as Client Partners, while Rafe Hyatt joins as Business Development Manager and Natalie Beecroft as Marketing Manager.

Hertfordshire headquartered Grass Roots Group was founded in the UK in 1980, and now has offices in 15 locations throughout the world. As well as offering mystery shopping services, and capturing employee opinion, the firm provides a range of data insight, customer segmentation, predictive analysis, and behavioural targeting.

Strutt joins from Tullo Marshall Warren, where she served as Group Account Director, managing the customer programme for product and engagement communications and proposition development. Earlier, she was an Account Supervisor at Wunderman Sydney, and New Business Manager at Lloyd Ferguson Hawkins.

Lewis joins from the Global Insight Group, where he worked as an Account Director, before which, he worked at Table19, Crayon London, The Clinton Partnership, RLA Group, and RSVP (Media Response).

Alongside the client management work, Hyatt joins the Business Development team from ChannelAdvisor and Beecroft joins with B2B technology marketing experience having previously worked at Microsoft, RedPrairie and JDA.
