Dolores OreskovichUS-based product innovation specialist InsightsNow has appointed former Hershey Company exec Dolores Oreskovich as Vice President, Sensory & Consumer Insights.

Founded in 2003 in Corvallis, Oregon, InsightsNow works with consumer packaged goods companies to help them develop better products. The firm’s ‘Moments’ approach is used to segment consumer behavior, understand how people think, and examine what motivates them to make specific choices.

Oreskovich (pictured) joins from chocolate manufacturer the Hershey Company, where she worked for the past 23 years, and spent the last seven as Senior Marketing Consumer Insights Manager, Global Innovation. Earlier, she was the firm’s Senior Sensory & Insights Manager, supporting product development, having initially served as Senior Research Scientist Sensory Science & Insights.

In her new role, she will manage research staff and is charged with expanding the firm’s sensory and consumer research services in the eastern region of the US.
