
In the US, data-driven customer relationship marketing (CRM) specialist Merkle has appointed John Padwick as Vice President, in charge of growing its Travel practice.
Padwick (pictured)- joins with more than fifteen years’ experience in lifestyle marketing and brand development, including building and managing integrated brand marketing initiatives across the travel industry. Most recently, he served as VP of full service sales, marketing and CRM firm Digital Viscosity, before which he was Senior Director of eCommerce and CRM Marketing at sbe Entertainment. During his career, he was also Senior Director, Marketing and eCommerce Strategy at Hilton Corporation, Field Marketing Director at Marriott Hotels & Resorts, and Corporate Marketing Director at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.
