London-based B2B boutique agency Circle Research has appointed Emma James as Senior Research Executive, and promoted Tom Russell to the position of Project Manager.

Circle, which was founded in 2006, offers primary research to enable clients to tap into the buying journey, invest in the right marketing channels and messages, create new products and services, and develop more loyal clients.

James was previously a Consultant at Capgemini, where she worked for nearly three years after gaining a BA in Geography from the University of Oxford. Russell joined the firm last October as an SRE, having previously served as Research Manager at research, technology and consulting firm The Advisory Board Company.
