Social media marketing specialist Union Metrics has appointed Adam Seever as Vice President of Engineering.

Union Metrics is based in San Francisco with an office in Austin, Texas, and offers the Social Suite multi-channel analytics product offering. Revenue has grown more than 650 percent in the past year.

Seever brings more than 15 years of engineering leadership experience, most recently from Austin-based Infochimps where he led the product development, delivery and support teams prior to acquisition by Computer Sciences Corporation - and then led the Big Data and Analytics R&D team for the Emerging Business Group within the latter.

He will now be responsible for engineering recruiting, strategy and execution in the Austin office, reporting to Union Metrics CEO, Hayes Davis who comments: 'We are absolutely thrilled to have Adam join our leadership team. I've respected Adam for years and his experience and professionalism in building world-class technical teams is second to none'.
