William Harp, Roger Nolasco and Jeannette CeballosIn the US, mobile research firm MFour Mobile Research has appointed William Harp as Talent Acquisition Manager, while Roger Nolasco joins as Senior Systems Administrator and Jeannette Ceballos takes up the post of Solutions Development Representative.

Founded in 2001, Costa Mesa, CA-based MFour uses GPS technology to collect information at the ‘point of emotion’, to enable clients to instantly understand the audience experience. The firm’s Surveys On The Go app offers access to an all-mobile panel, to obtain consumer insights about even the most hard-to-reach demographic groups across the US.

Harp’s recruitment experience has included serving as Senior Corporate Recruiter at Fisker Automotive, Senior Direct Hire Recruiter at Abbott Staffing Group, a Recruiter at Advantage Sales & Marketing, and an Executive Recruitment of Engineering and IT at Mattson Resources. In his new role, Harp is tasked with hiring new staff.

Nolasco joins from Distribution Service Technologies (DST) where as a Systems Administrator, he supported the firm’s infrastructure. Prior to this, he held the same job title at Sentinel Offender Services, where he worked for nearly six years. In his new role, Nolasco is responsible for the upkeep, configuration and operations of MFour computer systems and server.

Ceballos previously worked for tax advisory firm Alliantgroup as Associate Director of Business Development, before which, she worked for Ameriprise Financial Services and Aztec Tax Service. In her new role, Ceballos will assist the sales department with generating leads and in day-to-day activities.
