Research technology and service firm 20|20 Research has promoted John Pflum from VP of Accounting and Finance, to the position of Chief Financial Officer.

The firm's operations are headquartered in Nashville, and the company also has traditional focus group facilities in Nashville, Charlotte and Miami. Pflum (pictured) joined in January 2014, after a career which included working for the University of Cincinnati as Director of Business Affairs, Ipsos Understanding Unlimited as Finance Director, and Jacobs Engineering as Project Accountant.

In his new role, Pflum will oversee all of 20|20’s financial operations, including financial planning, reporting and accounting, as well as manage the company’s human resources organization. Company President Jim Bryson comments: ‘Since joining 20|20, John has been instrumental in ensuring a strong financial position and practices for the company.
