In the US, customer experience software and services provider MaritzCX has appointed JD Jeppson as Vice President of Business Development and Partnerships.

MaritzCX was formed in 2014, when Maritz acquired customer and employee feedback software provider Allegiance, and combined it with Maritz Research. The firm offers a combination of CX consulting, marketing science and research consulting, along with CX software and programme services. Jeppson (pictured) joins with more than twenty years of experience in sales, business development, and management. Most recently, he served as Area Vice President – Enterprise Sales at InsideSales.com, prior to which, he was Technology Sales Director for Oracle, and EVP of Sales at Allegiance Software.

In his new role, Jeppson will work with partners and channels to build programs that bring greater value to MaritzCX customers. President and CEO Carine Clark comments: ‘Our open partnership philosophy is a core company belief. By hand-selecting partners whose products and services complement our own, and then building the necessary integrations and synergies, we make it easier for clients to utilize a variety of solutions to help them achieve higher financial results from their CX programs.’
