October 5 2016

Nitin GuptaSticky, which uses web-cam based eye tracking technology to measure ad effectiveness, has appointed Nitin Gupta as its first Chief Business Officer.

The New York-based firm, which was previously known as EyeTrackShop, offers a platform which measures whether ads are actually seen or not, and is capable of tracking an entire ad campaign through a dashboard interface. Gupta (pictured) joins with more than 22 years’ industry experience, and a background of delivering business growth through business partnerships and expanding the customer base. Most recently, he was Chief Business Officer of software development platform Koding, before which, he was VP, Business Development at magazine, catalog, and newspaper publishing platform Issuu. Earlier in his career, he worked for IBM, Cicsco, and Retailgence (acquired by ShopAdvisor).

Commenting on the appointment, CEO Hans Lee said: ‘Nitin's career spans product development, revenue growth and user acquisition – an all-encompassing skillset that will be an immense asset to Sticky as we pursue aggressive growth in the coming year. I look forward to having Nitin on the team to leverage this capability and drive growth in the market.’
