In the US, research and insights consultancy THREE has appointed Jessica Sterling as a Strategist in its Saratoga Springs office.

Sterling (pictured) joins with more than fifteen years’ professional experience. Most recently, she served as Executive and Leadership Development Manager at the Prudential. Prior to this, she was Principal Client Research Analyst and Team Leader for IBM, and an Instructor at Purchase College, Marist College and the University at Albany, State University of New York.

In her new role, Sterling will apply her knowledge of applied psychology, B2B and consumer research to her work with the firm’s clients. CEO Steve Kantscheidt comments: ‘Jessica’s unique blend of applied psychology and marketing science enriches the depth of insight we can bring to our partners.
