In the US, retail analytics company 84.51 degrees has promoted Patty Wolff to Security Director, Theresa Crist to Senior Analyst, and Cathie Whitson to Senior Human Resources Associate. The company has also hired Erica Gentile as Associate Developer and Anis Bhimani as Insights Analyst.

84.51° was formed when retailer The Kroger Co. concluded its joint venture with UK partner dunnhumby, bringing most of the staff of dunnhumbyUSA into a new business with an initial headcount of 500. Wolff (pictured) previously held the same job title at dunnhumbyUSA and Kroger, before which, she was Global Storage Manager at Hewlett-Packard, and she worked in Communications at Procter & Gamble. In her new role, Wolff is responsible for development, implementation and management of the organization’s corporate security program.

Crist previously served as Geospatial Analyst, prior to which, she was a Senior Associate at dunnhumbyUSA. She is now responsible for geospatial insights across the business. Whitson, who used to work as HR Associate at dunnhumbyUSA, will be responsible for managing new hires, leaves of absence, immigration, and the DePaul Cristo Rey Corporate Work Study Program.

Gentile joins after serving as Associate Software Engineer at Fidelity Investments, and is now responsible for application development; while Bhimani joins from RadiusOnline where she served as Data Scientist, and she is now responsible for data and analytics Kroger’s fresh sector.
