Rose AddisonIn the UK, consumer and sensory research specialist PPL Insights has appointed Rose Addison as Qualitative Director.

The West Sussex-based firm, which was established in 1995, offers a range of techniques for concept testing, new product development, packaging/design pricing, and product testing across FMCG categories including drinks, toiletries and beauty products. In 2014, director Yvonne Taylor acquired the company from founders Dominic Buck and Keith Greenhoff, and a year later, the firm changed its name from Product Perceptions to PPL Insights.

Addison (pictured) joins from Ipsos MORI, where she worked for more than five years as an AD. Before this she was an AD at Synovate, Research Manager at Connect Research, and a Senior Researcher at both Teleconomy and NOP World.

In a statement, PPL Insights said that in her new role, Addison will be working with PPL Insights to complement its existing quantitative business and deliver against the qualitative challenges of both existing and new clients.
