In Hong Kong, business intelligence specialist ORC International has appointed Johannes Eckold as Director of Employee Research in Asia.

Eckold (pictured) joins after ten years at insurance brokerage Willis Towers Watsons, where he latterly served as Senior Consultant, HR, Employee Engagement, and Data & Software Solutions, helping organizations with data-driven talent management solutions; providing consultative advice for employee surveys, reward benchmarking, and HR Software.; and developing business for Singapore and other countries in Asia Pacific. Earlier, he was the firm's Senior Consultant - Employee Engagement; and Manager, Global Data Services. Originally from Germany, Eckold has spent the last eight years working in Hong Kong and Singapore.
