Atlanta, GA-based, behavioral insights and consultancy firm CMI has promoted Will Leopold to Account Director and appointed Matthew Colón-Diaz as Research Associate, both in its Life Sciences Team.

The firm was joined two months ago by former Coca-Cola exec Steve Flynn as Vice President of Client Solutions.

Leopold's role will include providing thought leadership on emerging topics in the healthcare and life sciences industries, and developing clients with an emphasis on Behavioral Economics in the context of primary marketing research consulting. He worked previously with Market Strategies, Adelphi Research and C3Rsearch, LLC.

Colón-Diaz earned a master’s from the University at Buffalo and an undergraduate degree in Sociology from Case Western Reserve University; and is currently a PhD candidate in the field of Sociology with a concentration in Health and Life Course, Disability Studies, and Medical Sociology.
