In the US, survey research product provider Marketing Systems Group (MSG) has appointed Vineeta Merchant as Marketing and Communications Manager.

MSG provides products, services and information solutions designed specifically for the survey research community. Its products include the Genesys sample generation system, the PRO-T-S research predictive dialing system, and the ARCS panel management system. Merchant (pictured) joins from marketing, sales and support function platform Plumb5, where she served as Marketing Communications Strategist. Prior to this, she was Retail Marketing Communication Manager at beauty product firm Herbal Dream Ayurveda, Retail Marketing Communication Strategic Head at Realm Digital Media Solutions, and Retail Marketing Communications Manager at Publicis-owned Starcom Mediavest.

Commenting on the appointment, SVP Jeff Palish said: ‘Vineeta’s background in brand communication and marketing make her an ideal addition to the MSG team.
