In the US, tech specialist Forrester Research has promoted Kelley Hippler to the role of Chief Sales Officer, replacing Mike Morhardt who has been with the firm since 2012.

Hippler (pictured) joined in 1999, and most recently served as SVP for Customer Success, leading the customer engagement model roll out across the organization. During her eighteen years at the firm, she has held several roles, including SVP, Global Tech Industry Sales, and created a global sales operations function.

Chairman and CEO George Colony comments: ‘Our bookings for the first half of 2017 have been substantially in line with our expectations, and now with Kelley in her new role, I am confident that her extensive knowledge of Forrester's business and clients, along with her proven track record, will drive the kind of performance that will get us to high growth.’
