In the US, youth and family MR consultancy Smarty Pants has hired Haley Kaiser as 'Insights Whiz', delivering custom qual and quant research, and supporting projects from an RFP to final deliverables.
Smarty Pants, which is headquartered in Johnson City, TN and has additional offices in New York, Boston, San Diego, Chicago and Myrtle Beach, conducts market research with kids, tweens, teens and influencers and guides marketers on brand positioning, new product development and consumer lifestyles and trends. Kaiser (pictured) joins from utilities research and advisory firm E Source, where she worked for five years. Most recently she was Analyst, Market Research Services, conducting ad hoc surveys and benchmarking studies on topics ranging from energy efficiency to customer experience and social media.
In her new Tampa, Florida-based role, she will help design, field, and analyze primary research initiatives for entertainment, tech, and food and beverage clients. Director Emily Young comments: 'We are delighted to add Haley to the Smarty Pants roster. She's a thinker
