In the US, specialist youth and family research and consulting firm Smarty Pants has appointed Jennifer Dixon as Business Analyst, serving as an internal consultant to the company's executive leadership team.

Headquartered in Johnson City, TN, with offices in New York, Boston, San Diego, Chicago and Myrtle Beach, SC, Smarty Pants conducts research with kids, tweens, teens, parents and influencers to help guide brand positioning, product development and analysis of consumer lifestyle trends. Dixon (pictured) joins from privately-owned medical practice Tri Cities Skin & Cancer, where she began her career as a receptionist. Over her twelve-year tenure with the firm, she moved through various roles to become the Front Office Supervisor, followed by Business Office Manager, responsible for personnel and operations.
