November 14 2017

Nancy Brigham, Rob Berger and Tom OttersburgSampleCon, the conference for survey sampling, has expanded its Board with the appointment of Ipsos Interactive Services exec Nancy Brigham and Maru/Matchbox exec Rob Berger. Additionally, Lightspeed VP Tom Ottersburg joins the Board, to take the seat vacated by Bonnie Breslauer.

Launched in 2013, SampleCon provides a forum for discussion of the global topics facing the sample industry. The 2018 conference will take place February 7-9, at the Fairmont Austin in Austin, TX. Brigham currently serves as SVP, Global Head of Sampling & RoR at Ipsos Interactive Services, where she has worked for seven years, having previously spent more than twelve years in Consumer & Market Research (CMK) at Procter & Gamble. Berger is MD, Marketing Communities at MARU Group's tech and communities business Maru/Matchbox, which was formed through the acquisition of Vision Critical's North American Research Consulting division early last year.

Ottersburg takes over from Breslauer, who recently joined tech-driven panel company Active Measure as Chief Customer Officer. The three join Board members from Cint, Lucid, Paradigm Sample, Prodege and SoapBoxSample. Patrick Comer, Chairman of the SampleCon Board of Directors, and CEO of global audience platform Lucid, comments: 'We are excited to have our Board of Directors expand to include the leadership of Ipsos and Maru/Matchbox, further establishing SampleCon as the catalyst for the global conversation about the future of sampling and market research. We are also thrilled to welcome Tom Ottersburg of Lightspeed this year'.
