Portland, OR-based enterprise customer data platform provider Lytics has appointed former Sitecore EVP Darren Guarnaccia as Chief Marketing Officer, reporting directly to CEO James McDermott.

At Sitecore, Guarnaccia established the martech platform category and helped the company scale from $7m to more than $200m over 10 years. The company was acquired for more than EUR 1bn in 2016.

Lytics has recently added Portland start-up veteran Scott Campbell as Chief Revenue Officer, and the two appointees will build on the company's 400 percent growth in 2016 and aim to accelerate expansion.
