Nicola YoungIn the UK, media data modelling and benchmarking company Media IQ has hired former Estee Lauder exec Nicola Young for its newly created position of Vice President of Marketing, EMEA.

Media iQ offers a platform called AiQ, which pulls in large volumes of data, models it and helps clients to take action based on the results. Young (pictured) joins from Estee Lauder Companies (UK&I), where she served as Director of Media, before which, she was Group Director of Marketing at Global Radio. Earlier, she was VP of Marketing at Miroma Group and she spent time as an independent marketing consultant.

In her new role, Young will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy for Media iQ across the key EMEA regions, while helping the business reposition itself as a company which 'combines human ingenuity with marketing intelligence data'. CMO Rebecca Mahony comments: 'We are incredibly excited to welcome Nicola to Media iQ. She will play a critical role in driving forward our ambitious growth plans and helping to make the company famous for delivering insights that deliver tangible business outcomes.
